ENTRY FORMS

 

Entry forms for the 2023 event will appear here in early March 2023.

 

If you have entered a vehicle exhibit or sales stand to the event in the last five years you will automatically be sent an email with event details and an entry form link in early March 2023, if we have a valid current email address for you.

 

If you haven't previously provided us with an email address please come back here in or after March and enter your vehicle exhibit or sales stand using the online entry form.

 

If you would like to be added to the entry form email mailing list please Contact us with your email address.

 

If your email address has changed since you last entered the event please Contact us with your new email address. We can then amend your email address accordingly to ensure that you receive an email with event details and an entry form link for the next event.

 

Change to entry form mail out to previous entrants

 

Please note that with effect from 2022 entry forms will no longer be sent out by post to previous entrants. Instead previous entrants will be sent an email with event details and an entry form link. This change is necessary to reduce costs for the event as sending entry forms in the post now costs over 600. This change will also save a considerable amount of time for the volunteers that organise the event and substantially reduce the amount of paper that we use.

 

If you have any friends without email and/or internet access that enter the event we would appreciate it if you could advise them of this change and inform them that they will still be able to enter a vehicle exhibit or sales stand to the event by writing to us, enclosing a stamped self addressed envelope, to request a paper entry form (Bus & Coach / Other Vehicle / Sales Stand) is sent to them in the post.
