Changes to vehicle entry system

 

As we now have a smaller venue for the event the following changes for vehicle entries are necessary to ensure that we do not have more vehicles on site than there is space for:

  • Regrettably we are unable to accept entries for any vehicle that is not a bus or coach.

  • All vehicles must be entered in advance of the event and by the closing date for entries.

  • No on the day entries or un-entered vehicles will be accepted on the day as it is unlikely there will be space for them on site.

  • As has always been the case, entries will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

  • To give as many people as possible the opportunity to enter a vehicle to the event there is a limit of a maximum of three vehicles that any person / group / depot can enter to the event.

  • If you have multiple vehicles but only intend to bring one of the buses from your collection, please only book space for the one vehicle. If you are unsure what vehicle you are bringing simply type 'TBC' in the relevant fields on the entry form and email us with the vehicle details when you know which one you are bringing.

  • When the entry limit is reached a message will be put on this page and a reserve entry list will be opened. Should an existing entrant withdraw their entry then their place will be offered to the next vehicle on the reserve entry list.

Reserve List - Bus & Coach entry form

Please note: The vehicle entry limit has now been reached and entries are only being accepted for the reserve entry list.

Closing date for all Vehicle entries is 8th July, subject to space being available.

Vehicle entries after this date will not be accepted.

Entries after 15th June cannot be guaranteed to be included in the programme.

 

Sales Stand entry form

Closing date for all Sales Stand entries is 30th June, subject to space being available.

Sales Stand entries after this date may not be accepted.

 

 

If you have entered a vehicle or sales stand to the event in the last five years you should have received an email with event details and an entry form link in March (if we have a valid current email address for you). If you did not receive an email with event details and an entry form link please Contact us so that we can check that your email address is correct.

 

If your email address has changed since you last entered the event please Contact us with your new email address. We can then amend your email address accordingly to ensure that you receive an email with event details and an entry form link for the next event.
